Dr Ramesh Vasappanavara Ph.D., currently working with Shree Ganpati Institue of Technology(SGIT), Ghaziabad, Delhhi NCR, an apex , ISO certified Instittution,  offering UG and PG and Research Programs  in Engineering, Management , and Pharamcy courses and is affiliated to UP Technological University.  The college attracts the best students and has unique distinction of having three fourths of faculty drawn from IITs/IIITs/NITs.

Dr. Ramesh Vasappanavara Ph.D., worked as Director, Galgotia College of Engineering and Technology (GCET), No1 Knowledge Park, Gr Noida – 201308, an NBA and ISO 9001-2000 accredited college, ranked top 1 percentile of engineering colleges in UP and Delhi Capital Region. The college, affiliated to UP Technological University, runs UG PG and Research programmes in Engineering, Business Administration, & Computer Applications. The college attracts top most rankers from UPTU selection test and is a preferred destination for quality staff.

Dr. Ramesh Vasappanavara has worked as Director at Indo German Institute of Advanced Technology, a joint project of Government of Andhra Pradesh, Government of Germany. During his tenure the institution has grown into a world class institution offering advanced technology training for job seekers, students and industry employees. The institution offers 27 technology courses in 21 laboratories and has achieved breakeven within 1 year of full operations.

The previous appointments include Director (Academic & Planning) at Godavari Institute of Engineering Technology Rajahmundry and Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering Visakhapatnam. Both these Institutions are NBA/NAAC accredited.

Dr. Ramesh Vasappanavara was awarded Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTU and holds a M.Tech degree from IIT Kharagpur, MBA, M.Sc and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has published several papers in international journals and conferences. He has also taken up Projects & Consultancy from industry. His areas of interest include Advanced Technology Courses in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Industry practices in Software Project Management, and real time embedded systems.
